Well, i'll try to be brief, but my hip wasn't feeling better and so i went to the doctor's. He told me that since my pains aren's superficial, that it must be deep and i must have hurt either a ligament, tendon or simply the joint capsule. So i'm on anti-inflammatories right now to hopefully reduce the swelling and decrease the pain. My elbow is also responding to the same meds, so that's good! But I really do fear many painful days in the future with my hip! =(
Jon's birthday was on the 31st of July, and i apologize for not posting on ur birthday! =( Just wanted to say Happy birthday and thanks for everything!! You've been there for me always, and even though we had this stupid rough patch caused by me, i thank you for forgiving me and coming back into my life!! you've always supported me and have really been there to listen to me! Life is never the same without u! =( So happy 21st birthday! =)
We went to summer conference at Brock! The res was SO MUCH nicer than where i was staying~! GEEZ!! I wish that i was there for the year and not in my stink of a hole i called home for 8 months! Food was decent and all of that! But the best part was Roy Summerville (like always). He was SO encouraging, yet SO challenging and it really spoke to me. I've learned a lot, and have really been humbled. I haven't felt God's presence among our congregation in a long time, but at summer conference, that's where i felt God. He was totally there and moving in all of our hearts! Roy Summerville was talking about being surprised by God and the first thing is that we have to want to be surprised by Him. ANd this summer conference has surprised me. God is awesome and His power is so great! =)
